Due to the varied response types and the area that Lilydale Fire Brigade has to service, the Lilydale Fire Brigade is lucky to have a number of appliances to help with servicing the township of Lilydale and the surrounds.
Lilydale Pumper 1 has been in the fleet for a couple of years now and has proved to be a great asset to the community. Lilydale Pumper 2 
Lilydale Pumper 2 is stationed at the Chirnside Park station to allow us to service that area with greater speed, hence saving life and property. Lilydale Tanker 
Lilydale Tanker is the newest truck in our fleet and has already proved itself as a great asset on the fireline on a couple of Strike Teams. Lilydale Salvage 
Lilydale Salvage is a brigade owned vehicle which allows extra crew to respond to calls as well as provide lighting and extra BA operators and GAS SUITES if required. Lilydale Car 
Lilydale Car is another of the brigade owned vehicles, the cars primary role is to transport crew and equipment to calls, run the control point, as well as general brigade admin duties. The future for Lilydale Fire Brigade: Lilydale Fire Brigade is currently fundraising to be able to place another brigade owned appliance in the Chirnside Park Station to enhance our response and service not only for the local community but to the wider community of the region and the state. |
